Always great eats, the "Soho" build to order the best. Wait time has gotten better star rating 4.

The food is awesome, the best pizza besides Grimaldi;s. The customer service is great but there;s a slight problem. After countless times at that specifi location (Galleria) I asked the waitress, (Michaela?), for a hot sauce, she told me they only had chicken wings hot sauce and I said I'd take it gladly, I liked it so much that every time I went there I asked for the same sauce:-) Last time i was there and asked for it she did bring me ( in a very small container) and I asked if i could bring the rest with me, she said yes. ... read more

Money over customers is the philosophy here. I took my staff of 11 to this location to treat them to one of their extremely large pizzas as a surprise. I've been to the Russo's on Gray St before and thought it would be a great treat for my team. I show up at this Russo's with embarrassment to find out that unlike the Gray location, this one only offers their huge pizza for delivery only not dine in. I told who appeared to be the manager and the owner if they could make a one time exception and they said NO. The owner the say... read more

way to ruin party – I ordered pizzas at noon for a 4pm delivery for a party for my child at a local party place. I even paid ahead and gave a 15% tip. I was called at 410 to be told that my order would be late. HELLO YOUARE ALREADY 10 MINTUES LATE AS OF YOUR CALL. Anyone with kids knows that a kid party allows only a small window for the food after the activities. Natrually I was super stressed out for the last half of my childs party wondering where in the world my food was - my pizzas arrived 45 minutes late- with only 15 ... read more

The Worst – This has to be one of the worst ever, especially from reading the other reviews. I mean to pay $17 for a calzone and cannoli ... that's a "STFU" moment .... Anyways I ordered online and used my coupon code on that website from the email. I get there they have the nerve to say my total is $17 and they charged me a whole dollar extra and for whatever cost my coupon code cost me. I didn't plan to pay this much and didn't have the money in my account for it. They didn't even call and say well hey this isn't going to ... read more

So the only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because I just moved down here from Chicago and have nothing to compare this place to around here. But I have to say that I was close to giving this place 5 stars. We ordered a large Caprese pizza for take-out and it was great! The crust passed the NY style pizza test of foldability and was thin with just the right amount of crunch. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. I'm definitely looking forward to going back for more.

I've only been a handful of times so far, but theres many more to come in the future. Coming from a New York born kid, this is by far one of the best places I've found in houston for great New York pizza. A few different kinds of pizza is all I've experienced so far, but they also have Italian pasta dishes and salads as well as a full bar. And not the most typical NYC however... The atmosphere is very impressive with dark rich wooded beamed ceilings and dimmed and cozy, yet young and trendy interior. Perfect for that area of... read more

Definitely one of the best pizza chain in Houston – New York style pizzas and large slices. They even have proscuitto pizza and other gourmet pizzas. The only problem is that it tends to be a bit expensive compared to other pizzerias. But for lunch at some places there's a reasonable deal consisting of one large slice and a side salad. There are other special lunch combos as well.
