This is the worst used dealership I have ever encountered. I contacted the owner to buy a car and he assured me everything was great on the car. I purchased the car after test driving and the car broke down on me 5 weeks later. When I called the shop to get help no one answered. I went there and the Russo guy appeared to be falling alseep mid conversation and very out of it. Joe is very knowledgeable, helpful, and made the car buying process really smooth. I experienced outstanding customer service and attention to detail from him. He was able to find the specific vehicle I was looking for. I am incredibly happy with the purchase of my car. Friends and I have purchased a few vehicles from here over the years and they have all been reliable.
Joe met all of my expectations. Was very kind to my mother and I. He even did new breaks, rotors, disc, e brake so I would be confident for my sale. Great team.
