The 2 guys are very friendly.
I was in Oakland recently from out of town to work on a friend’s home and prepare it to sell. They wanted me to replace an exterior door and it seemed unlikely because of estimated lead times from a few vendors. I called Russo and they were able to find me a direct replacement and get me the door within a day, and they even had a nicer option and a budget option for me to choose from. They are an experienced vendor who made my job easy and my client very happy.
