I have experienced excellent care from scheduling appointments to being seen or contacted in a timely manner. I feel heard and included in treatment decisions.
I have a chronic pain condition that was misdiagnosed for almost 10 years. Dr. Russo has helped me on ways I thought no one ever could. Instead of focusing on finding a diagnosis he has been instrumental on finding solutions to symptoms. This is especially important in rare, invisible illnesses where there is no cure and treatment lies in management. He is also a great acupuncturist and does ultrasound imaging. I find Dr. Russo to be a highly learned, passionate and caring health professional. I am pleased that I switched my health care over to his practice.
Sam is a wonderful doctor - his new practice offers a comfortable office environment. Recently I experienced carpal tunnel in both my hands. Sam has an ultrasound and was able to confirm I had inflammation and gave me a steroid shot - it was very helpful. If he is taking new patients, give a call, you will be in very capable hands :) Update: I noticed a 1 star review came in for Sam - this is sad...
