I have a chronic pain condition that was misdiagnosed for almost 10 years. Dr. Russo has helped me on ways I thought no one ever could. Instead of focusing on finding a diagnosis he has been instrumental on finding solutions to symptoms. This is especially important in rare, invisible illnesses where there is no cure and treatment lies in management. He is also a great acupuncturist and does ultrasound imaging. Sam is a wonderful doctor - his new practice offers a comfortable office environment. Recently I experienced carpal tunnel in both my hands. Sam has an ultrasound and was able to confirm I had inflammation and gave me a steroid shot - it was very helpful. If he is taking new patients, give a call, you will be in very capable hands :) Update: I noticed a 1 star review came in for Sam - this is sad... Be investigative and look at the reviewers' other posted reviews, checking up on the history of the reviewer allows you to see ... read more

When I met with Sam Russo, I found him to be the least professional and competent doctor I've worked with. For about half the session he was on his computer taking notes and it was very difficult to communicate with him and ask questions. He recommended major changes to my diet without even providing an explanation for the changes. When asking for clarification he would just say "look at the electronic notes that I'll send you".
