Crazy good workout. Very creative exercises and never repeats the same exercise twice
I train with Ralph and he is one of the best coaches that I’ve came across. Everyday you will be doing new exercises and pushed beyond your normal capabilities. If you are in search of a new strength and conditioning coach, I strongly advised you to check out the facility and speak with Ralph.
