I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan and Aaron as they installed the seasonal flowers. They did a great job and was really pleasant and knowledgeable.
Saw these guys doing my neighbors house and was impressed so I gave them a call. Met with the sales guy and went over what I’d like to have done. Just started my service today and throughly impressed with the crew. They are killing it. I highly recommend them. Can be a little pricey but you get what you pay for in service and customer service. I called to get an estimate and one of the things the lady who answered keeps saying over and over and over was that they requiered a minimum of a $5,000 job. So what’s the point of offering a free estimate if in order for them to provide you with an estimate, they have to know in advance if the job is going to be 5K or more…really? There are out there way more landscaping companies that will love to give you estimates without even mentioning the $$$$ first. Very unprofessional.
Nick and Hunter did an outstanding job of presenting a plan, figuring the costs and meeting our vision for our project. Leo and the field crew were also great to work with. My wife and I have really enjoyed their professionalism and performance. We are extremely happy with the final product and would recommend this entire team to anyone considering a project with them. Thanks to the entire crew at Russo for transforming our backyard and making our dreams come true.
