I like Russo, he seems like a good person. To his credit within a few weeks of drain installation, he made corrections to the then known bad workmanship of his crew as they installed backyard drainage. He was very professional. Many in my neighborhood are happy with his work and still stand by him. However, after a couple of years while living with his front door design, I am still overrun by "hidden" poor workmanship issues when landscape fabric and fresh dirt was NOT placed under and around the flagstones as specified. Nick, Tim and their crew did a fantastic job on our backyard! We needed new sod and had drainage and runoff issues. He came in with some great ideas and made our backyard look brand new! After reaching out to several other companies, Hannah got back to me almost immediately. Nick was there within a few days and his crew started working within a few weeks.
