The Russo team demolished and replaced an existing front and side porch. They installed a new front door. The gentlemen that work on my home were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about their positions. I would absolutely use this company again. We had previously used this company to replace an existing roof and install vinyl siding on a detached garage. Both experiences with Russo gutters have been nothing but extraordinary.

My experience with this company was unfortunately a complete debacle. I hired this company to replace my gutters.I paid a $500 deposit and scheduled a date for the work to be done and I had people showing up at my house on the incorrect date numerous times. Also after the work was scheduled someone randomly showed up at my house to give me an estimate. That should’ve been my cue to cancel the job and not do business with this company. We purchased all new gutters about 2 years ago. We have had issues with the gutters overflowing from the start. They came out charged us for a service call and repair. The gutters are still overflowing I have called them several times now they want to charge me again to fix gutters that never worked properly. Also the gutters are large not average size and they still don't work. This is ruining my foundation ect....

Had them come out to my house and replace all my gutters and downspouts and fix an issue where I took a shower every time it rained entering my house from a leaking soffit seam. Well, thousands of dollars and two return trips to “repair” the leaking soffit seam later and we’re still taking showers to enter our home under their “seamless” gutter system. The last guy that came out to “fix” it, smoked two cigarettes, threw a screw in the soffit and drove away. Just horrible.

In 2012, following superstorm Sandy, my garage roof started to leak. I filed a claim with my homeowner’s insurance company (NJ Manufacturers) and received a settlement. I called a few local roofing contractors and selected Russo Gutter. I liked your salesperson, and your price was right. I contracted with Russo Gutter to replace the roof and install new gutter extensions above my garage and family room, which were damaged during the storm. Your price was quoted to me as $1700.
