When I needed fuel, they delivered promptly. But for the past few years they came up with a minimum fuel charge per year that was never part of our contract nor was it something we agreed to. I finally replaced them as I am tired of fighting every year about that. I returned the tanks but they refused to pay me for the propane that was left in the tanks which was at 55% on 250 gals. Well this company hires very rude technicians who threatened their customers if they don't leave him alone to work. When all they did was ask a question. His name was Tony and his parting words to his customers is ""you better walk away before I don't turn your water and power back on" real nice. Do not use this company.
I've been using Russo Oil for years now and I'm impressed at their competitive pricing. The service is great. We had an emergency on Christmas Eve once and they came in 5 minutes and fixed our switch! I love the delivery guy Stu and Jo Jo who runs the office. Also excellent furnace cleaning service.
Been waiting for Oil since the 11th, its the 19th and now I'm out. They are awful. Never again. My new company was here and filling within 2 hours. Shame on Russo. Is there a "0" rating...there should be.
Anytime I have ever had a problem they respond immediatly. I have multiple tanks from russo as well as multiple furnaces and boilers. They have come past midnight,as well as first thing in the morning. They are more than just a fuel delivery company and treat you like family, very respectful and fix any problems.Also available 24/7 and well worth every penny.I will never use anyone else.
