Max was very polite and friendly, and did a thorough job checking all the issues we needed fixed. He explained everything to me really clearly so I understood exactly what was going on - which makes a nice change from some tradies who don't bother, especially if you're a woman. Communication was excellent and they even sent me a link to see how far away the electrician was so I knew when to expect him. I'm very happy with everything and would definitely use Russo Electrical again.
