Maximo Fernandez promptly came as soon as I put my maintenance request in and fixed my issues! What great service. He is very welcoming, polite, kind, knowledgeable and very friendly. Russo is very lucky to have Maximo, and he is a model representative for the company.
I had a recent maintenance request for a plumbing issue at Print House, and Maximo Fernandez was incredibly courteous, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It's rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely just, a good person. I really appreciated his work and positive attitude. Highly recommend!
My girlfriend and I just recently moved into our first apartment together at the Vermella property in lyndhurst. We absolutely love it so far. We worked with Luis and he has made the process so much easier for us. He did an amazing job and really helped us make our decision with settling here at the Vermella. We looked at 5 other properties before coming here but when it was all said and done Luis really made us feel at home!!

We’re relocating to another state, having leased at Annin Lofts in Verona NJ for 6 yrs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Annin. The entire staff was consistently responsive & a pleasure to deal with. In particular, I’d like to single out the head of maintenance, Cesar Juarez, for special mention. Cesar always went above & beyond to make sure our needs were met. He was available 24/7 to resolve whatever issue that arose.
