Stay away!!! There was an overall creepy and uncomfortable vibe that made me feel uneasy the whole time with one of their rooms at one of their buildings, and something about the entire situation felt off. It’s not a place where you feel safe or at ease, and that alone is a huge red flag. I would not recommend this to anyone. THEY DO NOT CARE.
🚨 Do not give this company your money—they will not return it. I paid a $500 deposit to hold an apartment, but after discovering multiple hidden fees added to the rent, I decided not to move forward and notified them right away. I was initially told my deposit—paid by debit card—would be mailed back to me. When I asked for it to be refunded to my card instead, they refused and said I could pick up a check at their office. Avoid at all cost!
If I had the option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. From the very first day we moved into one of their apartments, it’s been nothing but one issue after another. Instead of enjoying our new place, we’ve been stuck dealing with constant problems, things breaking, things not working properly, and promises that never get followed through.
