Russo auto sales is the best in the business. After being completely screwed by two local dealerships, Russo was able to turn my entire situation around. They were able to sell my car for me and still managed to get me a small profit. I have recommend Russo to all my friends and family and I will continue to do so. Unfortunately I ended up not buying the truck I was contacting about due to it not being able to be financed due to high kilometers. But here‘s the thing. I‘ve been in contact with Gerard and his service was awesome! I‘m living in the lower mainland so too far away to just come by quickly. Gerard answered all my questions, send me all the paperwork he could and even filmed me a personalized video to show the condition of the Tacoma I was looking at. I would strongly recommend Russo Auto Sales. I was treated with respect and courtesy from the moment I arrived at their location. Anthony was excellent to work with… He took time to explain the benefits of the vehicle and compared to other vehicles not only on the lot but in general. He made sure that I was very comfortable with the entire process. Would strongly recommend dealing with him in particular and the company as well to anyone wanting to deal with an honest establishment
Bought a Tacoma from Russo’s, had some engine problems which wasn’t normal for a Tacoma. Anthony said he would take care of it and get it fixed and back out on the road in proper working order. It is now very happy with overall experience and his team!
Horrible experience. Purchased a truck back in February and I’m still constantly in and out of the shops trying to get everything caught up. I’ve broken down on the way to work and had to be towed to a shop. I’ve had to limp my truck to a shop on another occasion. Spent thousands of dollars extra all within just a few thousand km’s of purchase.
