Joel has helped us in buying and selling real estate, by reviewing necessary documents. He is not only our attorney, but I consider Joel to be a friend. He is fair, and charges only for the time needed. I would highly recommend Joel if you need a great attorney.
First - I have to comment on the 2 negative reviews. I know no one is perfect but those reviews are 100% contrary to the Joel Russman I have known for years. I was first referred to Joel 8 years ago when I was purchasing my home (my first in CO) and needed an attorney to review the contract.
