It was such a pleasure to meet Kirill yesterday and have him work on my wife's car. He was thoroughly professional, and obviously knowledgeable. Although he was initially unable to fix the problem with the car, he said he wanted to go away and use every resource he could and do "homework" before coming back armed with that knowledge and find the issue with the car. I could tell he was up for the challenge. I was extremely impressed with Kirill and very much looking forward to him coming back.
Kirill is a great mechanic and knows his stuff. We've been servicing our work cars with him for a period of time now. He is very knowledgeble and provides good advice.
