True Russian experience!
Decent prices, gruff service. Not new or very clean, but still pretty great.
No frills, old school experience. Russian sauna is extra 🔥, cold plunge pool is ☃️! sudden influx of loud NYU students hanging out in the already tiny pass thru areas hurried me out the door, though.
Pop into a piping hot sauna (the Russian room is particularly intense) and sweat out all the beer you drank last night, then jump into the ice pool to cool off at the end.
The best. Get the dumplings in between sessions.
The radiant rooms are incredible. Crazy heat clears you out
Do NOT go straight into the Russian room and sit on the top row. You gotta build up to that shit
David's shifts have a lot of deals - get the mailing list and check groupon etc. Boris's shifts don't have many deals but a 10-pack of admissions is $200 and you can split it with a friend.
The platza oak leaf treatment leaves you with a newfound appreciation for life. Viktor was great.
