Set up an appointment the day before with Olga. She asked me to confirm that I was still coming the following morning via text prior to 9am which I did. Traveled an hour to the appointment only to be stood up. She claimed I never confirmed so my appointment was canceled. I sent her a screenshot of the time stamped text thread showing my confirmation. She claimed her phone was messing everything up. SMH…
