I had booked an appointment on the last week of February with a specific nail tech for the first time. When I arrived, they gave me another woman who claimed she was a "top"nail tech. I was highly upset that they did that to me as a first time client. She was very quiet and non verbal looking upset the whole time I sat there feeling so uncomfortable. I’m very picky with my nails, and the attention to detail here is incredible. The whole appointment was also so relaxing, which is so nice in the Manhattan rush, and my nails look perfect and clean.
