Really disappointed. Had to cancel my very first appointment because of a severe illness and received a message from Thais that I am never allowed to make an appointment again. I am a student and I have been saving money to get my first Russian manicure for weeks, just to be told I am disrespectful for getting sick and choosing not to expose anyone else to illness. Had this in my calendar with smiley faces! Very disappointed, will not be recommending Thais to friends.
