Great service and wonderful Mila! So happy I found her! Attentive, polite and has just golden hands! Love my french chrome that I do 4 months in a row now! Highly recommend!
I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit. To begin with, there was a complete lack of communication. I was not given any instructions in advance about where to go or where to park even 30 minutes before my appointment. I had to call myself and practically “pull” the information out. When I arrived, I found out the service was being done at home, which had not been disclosed beforehand. I had a great experience with Mila, she took her time to make my manicure and pedicure look perfect!
The manicure cost $115, so I expected a much higher level of quality and professionalism. The very next day, I noticed lifting around the cuticles. It was clear that the nails were poorly prepped from underneath, which also caused lifting on the sides. The most unpleasant part is that the studio does not respond at all — neither on Instagram nor in direct/private messages. Be prepared that the environment is dirty — everything around was dusty from other clients’ nail filings. Overall, not acceptable for this price.
