If I could give negative stars, I would. Mila was hands down the rudest and most unpleasant nail technician I have ever encountered. She was rough enough with my nails to actually cause me pain, and when I politely asked her to adjust my design, she immediately became defensive and confrontational. Her response? She told me she was “the fastest nail technician” and that I needed to “not be picky.” She then had the nerve to call ME rude. Во время процедуры мастер работала достаточно грубо, причиняя мне дискомфорт и боль. I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit. To begin with, there was a complete lack of communication. I was not given any instructions in advance about where to go or where to park even 30 minutes before my appointment. I had to call myself and practically “pull” the information out. When I arrived, I found out the service was being done at home, which had not been disclosed beforehand.
