She took my on short notice! She deligently took her time with me and I appreciated it! She also kept asking my input!
The service was not what I expected - the length nor shape were what I requested, the color was NOTHING like what I picked. I expressed my opinions respectfully and she ignored that I was unhappy and that the color was not what I had selected. The tech was unprofessional and unpleasant. The place was filthy and smelled terrible. Horrible experience in every sense of the word.
Liudmila is such an amazing nail technician! And she is the very best at doing Russian nails!!! Have been to so many Russian salons and she’s by far the best.
