They do an unbelievable job. I especially recommend the deep cleaning.
Did a poor job with move-in cleaning. Balcony window was left uncleaned. I had to buy extra detergent for the stove.

Do NOT use them! Horrible service and false advertising! The cleaning fee does not include supplies and they don’t tell you, that with supplies it’s $80 more. Common problem when u read the bad reviews. She showed up for move-in cleaning with two little sprays. No vacuum, no ladder, no oven cleaner, no micro-cloths, no paper towels, etc. I think that’s a significant reason for a one-star review. A move-in cleaning without cleaning supplies?? Excellent work every time. I’ve hired them multiple times now and they consistently do a great job. Just make sure you have your own supplies ready, and leave clear notes for them, too. I usually print out a simple instruction sheet in Russian using Google Translate, and it really helps them follow everything perfectly. Gulnara and Gulnaz are fantastic cleaners and extremely thorough
