This place should be closed down before they kill somebody they most definitely aren’t helping anybody at all. Not any of ER doctors and I’ve seen several being so sick with flu an and pneumonia. This place is a joke.
Nurse was hateful and rude. I'd give zero if I could. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with her.
I went in having back pain and was treated very nicely and all the nurses and staff had much compassion their hearts are all in the right place. I had Dr. Muhammed and he was just amazing .
Nicest nurses ever!
Went in with a cut hand on a Monday evening. Got 9 stitches and was out in under an hour and a half. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Like most people, I wasn't excited about going to the ER, but I had a great experience in the Russellville ER.
