I had a great experience with Russel’s Wrenches. Their pricing is very fair—no surprises, no upselling, just honest work at reasonable rates. The service was also impressively timely; they came to me and diagnosed and fixed the part within 2 days (the part had to be ordered). I'm a busy mom of 3, so somebody coming to me to fix my vehicle is a big deal. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and kind. Absolutely PHENOMENAL job from russells wrenches, Hes a great guy fun to talk to and works very quickly. As some of the other reviews already said he doesn’t try to upcharge you but instead we actually went down from the estimate i got on the phone because he was able to fix my issue without taking everything apart. I applaud him for his skill, precision, communication, and attitude towards his business practices. 100% recommend and will be calling him if i ever have any issues in the area in the future!

Both bolt holes on the engine and Bell housing to hold the starter bolts were stripped/broken and seemingly beyond repair. Easily several thousand dollar job for replacement and work at a shop or dealership. Russell was able to take care of it in just a few hours for a reasonable price in my garage. Kind people and great service.
Punctual, very knowledgeable, professional and just all around GOOD PEOPLE. Chris took the time to drive the car with me to diagnose it's issues amd then explained it all to me. So very pleased and look forward to the date I've scheduled for.
