I had Heath and co. out to retrofit a property with seven windows and two sliding doors. Not only were his prices great, but most importantly, he and his crew were detail-oriented and very respectful of personal items and pets that were present while doing their work. Big props for their transparency and taking the time to educate me on how things work and what their scope of work was. Other companies may tell you "this is the way it is, and tis is how we do things." which does not inspire confidence as a homeowner.
Heath and crew were great. I had them remove an 8 foot window in my master bedroom and install an 8 foot sliding door in its place. The crew did a great job from start to finish, leaving me with a new way to access my backyard. I'd recommend Heath and Russell's Windows for all your window and door needs.
Recently Heath of Russell Windows came to my home because I have a rather large front window that needs repair due to water damage. It is a wooden window that I had installed approximately 20 years ago. Heath said that the window might last a while longer without replacement, but that it should be replaced. He kindly charged me only $20 for the house call. He is extremely honest and seems like a wonderful man. I would highly recommend Heath of Russell Windows for your window needs.
I contacted Russell’s Windows because I needed my sliding door to be looked at, as it was not working properly and I was unable to lock it. Heath answered my call and was pleasant and kind as he answered my questions. They were flexible with setting up an appointment. I would & will recommend them to everyone as they have earned my business for being honest, trustworthy and timely. They care about doing good work and not just about money. Thanks again Heath!!
