We purchased Hunter Douglas’s Shuttered Blinds from this company a number of years ago. We had one damaged recently. We asked this company to help us to get it repaired and they did nothing. We had it repaired by the local Hunter Douglas representative in Bellingham. We contacted Russell’s Window Coverings. We asked If they would rehang the blind for us. Russell's is very easy to work with. Measurements were exact and nice results. I have a house that has many different size windows and Russell's came through with all of them.
We had Russell's fit our new house with blinds seven years ago. Just recently we wanted shades in one room. Dave came out with samples/suggestions. All worked out very well. Many thanks!
David and his team are professional and courteous. My window coverings were selected, ordered, and installed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
