Friendly and knowledgeable staff. New to boots and needing some guidance Nichole gave me a complete beginner’s rundown. When I returned for purchase Kyson guided me to a perfect pair for work and I was able to get a great Father’s Day discount! The plant city location has a the hometown vibes and doesn’t feel like a box store.
I buy (almost) all of my boots from this particular Russell’s. Rachel and the staff are super helpful, kind, and informative! Great variety of boots, accessories, and clothing!
