Called to have my furnace serviced and get estimate for new system. Came out promptly, replaced thermo couple and diagnosed bad gas valve. Three weeks went by and never completed service of gas valve or estimate. I called several times for update, never returned my calls. Had to call another local company to fix furnace. I'm not one for leaving a negative review, but this was my experience.
Amazing job. Russ was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. Goes above and beyond.
