These caring folks will be missed in East Durham. We have developed a family type repor in relatively a short time span. I have never experienced such a caring and personable experience with any other pharmacy as I have with the Russell's. Your presence in East Durham will truly be missed. I was sick while traveling and this pharmacy and their pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get the meds I needed, figure out how to work with my out-of-state insurance, and get my medicine delivered. They were so kind and communicative. 10/10
It was suggested that I come here by a stranger who saw the rudeness i experienced at CVS this past Sunday. I came by today, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! I asked questions about transferring my kids medication here and I was provided with all the information. It's family owned ✅️ Black owned ✅️✅️. This is something great for my kids to see.
