You must surely be losing sales of your fine "Premium" ice cream, because the cartons are SO damned hard to open! I bruised my fingers, & finally used scissors to cut away enough stiff plastic so I could, with further difficulty, yank off the lid. We won't buy any more in that type carton. Too bad for you!
