Technician seemed experienced but could not fix our (what turned out to be simple) irrigation issue. Yet, we were charged for service call, unnecessary parts, and several hours of labor. Had to call another irrigation company who identified problem and fixed our sprinklers within 20 minutes. Would not recommend using Russell's Irrigation and Landscaping.
