So happy with the outcome of our stair runner. We looked at so many different options with three different local vendors and went with Russell’s. From material choice advice, to measurement consultation, to install visit, they made the process seamless. I would highly recommend.
Zero stars.. evades communication once admits damage to high end carpets.. to be continued.. might have to hire an attorney to solve this.

I can't say enough good things about Russell's Carpet, along with the quality of work, quality of carpet, and the customer service we received from Herb! Our family was on a tight deadline with a carpet replacement for converting an office to a bedroom. The matter was further complicated by us needing to treat the wood floor under the original carpet due to some foster kitty "accidents" in that room.
