For my wedding we used both Russell's Bridal and Russell's tuxedo. The bridal side told us when our girls had to be in for alterations. When we went to pick up one of the dresses it was not altered. They did not apologize, instead they blamed us for the mistake. The Russell's Tuxedo side really had customer service issues. LOVE LOVE LOVE Rusells Bridals. Pat and her team of consultants are the most knowledgeable, kind, and provide the best customer experience. I was married last year and bought my Maggie Sottero gown there. My niece just bought her gown for her upcoming wedding there. They are great! They will work with you to make sure that you are completely happy with your gown!!! Thanks Pat!!!
Highly recommended for outstanding services, selection of gowns, shoes, earrings, veils and Crystal Crowns. Rentals of tuxedos, and extras discounted price. If bridegrooms rent tuxedos the groom gets his free.The seamstress are the best, they listen and accommodate your request or suggestions and very patience. Purchase my daughters wedding gown and mine also.Highly recommend. Ask for Pat, she is an outstanding, wonderful woman.
