Russell saved my fiancé and I’s first vacation. We were going down the highway, and hit a deer at 77 mph. Looked up the nearest auto body and it happened to be the one of the best humans ever. He let us use a rental car to complete our vacation the rest of the way FREE OF CHARGE for two days!! I couldn’t thank god more, and we got engaged!! Thank you so much Russell and Lorie.
