Thank you to the Russels team for an amazing birthday dinner! Jen delivered superb service and her timing was on point, she made everyone at our table feel like the most special people in the establishment. Each of our meals was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back!

i've been coming to Russell's for many years and I've had a good experience. Tonight was extremely disappointing because the service was so slow and poor. The drinks were so average and the food was just above fair. I had recommended it and while We had a great time with the people. I was very disappointed in the overall experience.

Dang. One of the worst meals I’ve had in years and super slow service (despite being basically empty) to top it off. The escargot was the one actually good item.

Had 2 full tables in our party. One table received their food and finished eating before second table received their order. Was told the kitchen hit a wall. For a meal total for both tables that was nearly $1000 would expect better. Manager has followed up and been very apologetic. He is working to be sure this does not happen again. Very professional and positive exchange. I will eat there on our next visit to vail.
