Such a wonderful caring dr. Close to home. Small town, family veterinarian service. Can't help bragging, bringing my cats here for many years. Recommended by a friend in Metcalfe. Will be sad when he retires, hopefully not soon. Dr. Geoff Cochrane.

I was referred to this clinic as a potential client but unfortunately it was the worse customer experience I have ever had. At first they seemed very helpful. But after being told twice that “the clinic doesn’t practice ‘corporate medicine’”, I asked if my dog would still be examined by the vet or if it was just vaccines and advice. I was advised to check the website for services and given info on 4 other clinics I could try. They even went as far as to tell me Winchester is closer to my home. I sent an email to inquire if they were accepting new patients they were. They replied quickly and professionally. I then sent a follow up email that asked for their rates for consultations and fees for writing prescriptions. Their reply was to find another clinic. (See email) When I said I was going to write a review about my experience they threatened me with libel (See attached email).
