They have been so good helping me save my Chase kitty's life. He's 15 years young and has been giving us a good fight after finding out he has "saddle thrombosis!" I would definately recommed them to all fur baby parents!!! Chase is a good, good cat with the will to survive. He has proven that this last month!!! This fur baby momma won't give up on him. ��
John and his staff have always done a great job with my animals both large and small.
took my dog there for mergency surgery they didn't stick em up correctly left im bleeding out of his stomach dropped him off of the sUrgery table. I had to remove my dog and take it to town and country vet the very next day.
The worst place to take any animal EVER!!!! The staff are rude ,inconsiderate and snotty!!!! The dr is very pleasant but the staff is not. Beware they will also impound your dogs for no reason. This is just ONE of the many places that give RUSSELL KS the bad name it has. The ppl in this town are the scummiest ever.
I brought my dog there for a simple groom. They ruined his haircut and when I asked about fixing it, they were very rude! The groomer went off about being busy and said it would take over 2 hrs to shave the legs of my dog. Needless to say, I didn t want my dog with her for that time and left. Later, when I called to complain, I found out the groomer is the manager! So nothing would be done. My dog looks horrible and is bleeding from her cuts. We have always had good experiences with Dr. John and the staff at the Russell vet clinic. He does a lot of work with the 4-Hers and really cares about his clients and their animals. He keeps very current with new treatments and diagnostics. We live 45 minutes away, but its always worth the trip.
We just wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond our expectations. No one else would have even thought about doing what you did! We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know. Thank you again for such great service!
