Updated review. Previously 2/5 stars due to unwelcoming environment. Noted a major improvement in the atmosphere of the practice since my last dealings. Recently, I had to attend the doctors on several occasions over a short time. Noticed now that the reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist with any questions I have. Doctors don't make you feel rushed and listen to your concerns, working collaboratively with you as the patient towards your health goals. Great doctors willing to listen and give advice out but the reception staff needs to be more understanding about when patients be waiting a long time but some doctors needs to be on time so ppl r not there for over an hour
As a registered nurse of almost 30 years, I understand that dealing with the public/unwell patients can be tough at times, however, stepping into this medical centre, you’d think the receptionists were hired for their ability to scowl. You don’t have to be over-the-top nice, just some basic courtesy. Bare minimum, really.
Don’t go here for contraception advice without bias. Absolutely ridiculous procedure and inexperienced female doctor
