Dr. Russell Anderson went above and beyond the call of duty helping with my headache and swollen vein by mytemple. He did a blood test Stat to make sure I wouldn't go blind if it was something serious. It turned out I was ok. He texted me after 10 at night when the test was in to let me know I was ok. So I didn't worry all night long. Now that was something so special and way above duty to me. Thank you Dr Anderson. July 1st 2024 I went and seen Dr. Anderson. Dr Anderson is amazing!! He listens and really is proactive in making sure you get the care that you need, even if its referring you out to a specialist. THE BILLING DEPARTMENT is horrid!!!! my only complaint, they have billed me incorrectly and for a few months Ive been trying to get it fixed, but cant get any biller to call me back. Its sad that the billing department is making me want to find a new provider.
