Everyone here is so nice and friendly. They even went so far as to help me out when I accidentally locked my keys in my car.
This is a complete care car wash, they have everything from snacks, air fresheners carpet fragrance Tire shine interior sprays Matt station with scented water. It goes on and on the vacuums are great.
I have had a membership for this company for some time. I live in West Omaha but take the time to go to the location off 112th and Wright St. location due to the exceptional vacuums and amenities that the other locations lack. Tonight their customer service shined!! I locked my keys in my car while detailing it. The manager Jesse came out and had me on my way in no time! Thanks Jesse for going above and beyond and I appreciate your assistance with my idiotic move!!
This location is the worst,I'm a member,all the employees are on the phones,I couldn't get them to pute a sleeve on my back windshield wiper,because the people are on their phones.I was thinking about canceling my membership after the last two times ,I was treated bad by the employees, because they were on the phones. I'm sick of theses places not interacting with the customers and they act rude,when you have a question because they don't want to pute down the phone.I have been a member for a very long time.but I'm thinking ... read more
