I used to love this car wash. It used to be one of the only ones I ever found that did an undercarriage rinse. When ever car washes came up in conversation, I would always mention this place. I recently purchased a new vehicle and with all the snow we’ve had lately, it was covered in salt and dirt. I really wanted that undercarriage rinse. It's hard for me to rate this car wash one star, because this was one my favorite car wash. So much so, that I would drive over an hour just to come here, because they were that good. However, I just went there and was absolutely disappointed with how far things had fallen. This used to be a place to swing in, clean your car, and swing out quick. I had such a great experience thanks to one of the gentlemen named Elio working here today. He went above and beyond by helping me with my windshield wiper fluid, constantly kept the area clean, and genuinely made sure every customer was taken care of and didn’t need anything. His attention to detail, kindness, and work ethic did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in their job, and it truly made my visit better. Outstanding customer service—he deserves recognition!
Went to the car wash today and the lot was extremely clean and salted. Was able to wash my car perfectly like usual and Elio helped me out so much. He’s a great employee he offered to touch up my car on the outside while I stayed warm inside. Great car was and great customer service. Happy new year
Dear Manager , I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to Nov 5 2025. I have been a loyal customer for the past 5 years and hold a not 1 but 2 monthly pass, which I use regularly. On this particular occasion, I brought in a rental car to vacuum it before returning it. Despite explaining that I have a 2 monthly pass for other vehicles, I was informed by the staff member that I could not clean the rental car.
