Paid for the highest and best wash $30 they said it doesn't include vacuums and supplies, they are for members only. Any other car wash I've been to includes everything with the wash. Highly disappointed. Overpriced.
My friend's son was a victim of bait and switch here 10/6/25. They told him the basic car was $11 and all it included was water. That if he wanted soap and water that he had to pay $21. Being a young new driver he fell for it. For all we know the attendant pocketed the difference and still gave him the basic wash. I would give this zero stars if I could. Not only do I already dislike Russell Speeders and their aggressive sales tactics, but now I will actively tell others not to support the Bristol location.
Car Wash memberships are the biggest growing hustle right now. That's why there's so many of these places popping up. Similar to gym memberships, their banking that you don't use the service but continue to pay. I don't have a desire to pay a monthly fee to wash my car two or three times over the summer. I prefer to pay when I want to want to wash my car. Sales person was very nice but very pushy about signing up for a membership. I don’t live in the area and just wanted to wash and vacuum my truck. Cost $21 for the “protect” package, did not feel it was worth it. Asked if I could use vacuums after wash and sales person said “of course”. Pulled my truck into one of the vacuum bays and the same sales person said I had to be a member to use the vacuums. Didn’t argue with him, just left.
