The hostage situation.is crazy. If you inform them you don't want the pitch that you just want a quick wash, they refuse. I was told if I won't hear his pitch he would have to call the manager thus prolonging the hostage situation. After all that and purchasing the most expensive wash...car still dirty after the wash. Not worth the aggravation.
