I visited Russell Speeder’s Car Wash located in Spaulding Plaza on March 6, 2026 around 7:00 PM for what is normally a routine wash. I come to this Russell Speeder’s location regularly, typically once a week and sometimes two to three times per week, so I’m very familiar with the process and service. 2/21/26 1:15 PM —- Compliments to Russell Speeder’s on both the service and the wash. My family and I stopped in just to “get the salt off” our vehicle, so we planned to go with the cheapest wash and explained that up front. The young woman working the credit card lane took a moment to explain that with the basic wash, the tires and lower parts of the car wouldn’t be fully cleaned. Draven helped us so much ! He did amazing he’s always awesome when we come to this carwash. He deserves such a big raise. He explained everything so well. He took his time explaining how the membership works. He needs a raise for how awesome he does every time we come !!

I visited for a single car wash, but the drive-thru attendant did not inquire about the specific service I required. I previously held a membership, which I did not wish to renew; my existing membership sticker remained on the windshield. The attendant proceeded to remove the sticker, despite my verbal indication that I did not desire a new membership.
