I visited Russell Speeder’s Car Wash located in Spaulding Plaza on March 6, 2026 around 7:00 PM for what is normally a routine wash. I come to this Russell Speeder’s location regularly, typically once a week and sometimes two to three times per week, so I’m very familiar with the process and service. I've been a 20yr Russell Speeders customer and all good things to say! Everything from customer service to excellent equipment and amenities. I recently purchased a Ram RHO and had some doubts so I stopped by my location on 156th and Maple. I didnt have to look for assistance and was greeted by Chris Porter the Assistant Manager. He assured me that everything would be great and walked through the wash with the vehicle. Thank you Chris and Russell Speeders!

2/21/26 1:15 PM —- Compliments to Russell Speeder’s on both the service and the wash. My family and I stopped in just to “get the salt off” our vehicle, so we planned to go with the cheapest wash and explained that up front. The young woman working the credit card lane took a moment to explain that with the basic wash, the tires and lower parts of the car wouldn’t be fully cleaned. She recommended the $15.99 wash so the slush and salt would be removed from the rims and lower panels. Ya got us on the upsell!!!! She knew her p... read more

I reached out a few days ago regarding an incident involving one of the managers, Chris, whose behavior was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. He was very rude and aggressively snatched a spray bottle out of my hand because it was supposedly for members only. The entire interaction felt hostile, juvenile, and completely unnecessary.
