Everyone we encounter was pleasant. Personable and showed an effort to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. From Cyrus, his manager,and Andrew and Kevin they made sure my experience was a breeze and worked with me to leave with the car I wanted. This was my first time working with Russell and Smith and they did a great job!
My car’s Service is a breeze with these folks! Experienced and customer experience driven, from the moment you pull the car up to the service bay and the advisor is waiting to open your car door, until you drive out, in record time, with your car washed!!! Oh, and an email Thank You note from the Service Manager is in your email inbox when you get home! Thanks to Stephen Rodriguez, our service advisor, always a pleasure to see you!!

I first contacted your dealership in December 2011, nearly 5 months ago, for information regarding the CX-5. Sutoyo responded saying he had no information at the time but would keep me informed. I asked him to let me know when it will be available to test drive. Months later, I did more research and picked out a specific trim, color, and options. Though I never put down a deposit, Sutoyo was very patient and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole time until he got the exact vehicle I wanted.
