Worked there for many many yrs and its a great place to buy a car and get work done on your cars or trucks
Very rude and arrogant!! Was given a quote by one of their salesperson to do some work on my 2021 Ford f-250. When I went back to setup the appointment was told by the manager we won't do the work because you didn't by the part from us. I explained that my salesperson already knew that I had the parts and still gave me a quote and never mentioned that they couldn't do the job. Mind you, I bought the part from the Ford Dealership. Manager looked at me and said oh well.
Great auto body work and communication for the service manager John to keep me updated with my repair!
If I could give 0 starts to this place I would! By far, this is the worst body shop I’ve ever dealt with. They had my car for two months now and they keep pushing the date of completion. Every time that I’ve called they said they found something new that needed repair so they have to order the parts and there’s always an excuse to not have the car ready. Please avoid this collision center at all costs. I thought that being a certified Ford shop, I would get a good, timely service, but no.
