I had a bit of a bumb and hit my tyre, found myself in Castledawson with a flat wheel, I calld Russel Shiels, they were there within 15 mins, got me very quickly on my way, excellent service. Their guy put a cone on the road and made sure I was safe when he went to get new tyre at their depot. Very satisfied with the service and the payment over the phone - Excellent all round
Had a disaster of a morning but the staff at Russell shiels got me sorted out swiftly and without fuss. Many thanks to the woman on reception and man in the maroon hoody who saved the day. Staff were fast, friendly and new tyre was reasonably priced too.
