This says it all!
The only reason a one star is worthy is because Dr. Russell is actually a pleasant man. His staff however, is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Miranda in the front desk treats patients with zero professionalism and has no confidentiality when it comes to privacy.
This doctor's office used to be great but it has gone to heck. You call and leave messages and send messages through portal and they never get back to you but still charge your insurance for you sending messages even though they don't address the issue. So upset, my client has gone to this doctor for years and for them to go downhill so fast is terrible. Their lack of attention and care for my client has cause health problems and needless to say we are switching pcp.
