Took our car here to add tow bar. We had the equipment from our previous car but they wouldn't use it. They insisted on ordering all new and charging us for it. When we got ready to hook it up the pins were not there. Instead of getting pins for us they were rude and unhelpful. After spending over a thousand dollars there we had to go out and hunt down the pins ourselves. No customer service here at all.
