I used to be a loyal customer at Russell‘s, but I will not be returning after this most recent visit. Not only were they unable to get the two small stains out of my dress that I needed for an event that same week, but they still made me pay for the ineffective service to take the dress out of the store, which again they knew I needed that same week. Not acceptable and not the way to retain loyal clients.
Super professional. Best staff. Would not bring my clothes anywhere else.
Driving on claiborne during rush hour . Traffic doing 20 miles an hour eventually get behind Russell's van doing 20 He's veering into my lane as I try to pass & he's texting . I wave my phone & him & yell get off the phone. The next light he gets out of the van starts threatening me . I just drove off . I just saw his pic on this site . It was the guy who posted his pic. Seriously people have their children in their cars .
