Called them to discuss a job before the holidays. They said they could take on the work and would stop by the following week. They never showed up and didn’t contact us. We called them after the holidays and they said they’d could no longer take on new work. Their lack of communication was extremely unprofessional. Will never do work with this company as a result. If they can’t get pre-sales right how do they think we can trust them to do the job right?
