Leading up to the big 4th of July Holiday this year (2017) we discovered a leaking force main on one of our pump stations. Not that there is a good time for an emergency, but this was a bad time for an emergency; with everyone gearing up for a long 4-day weekend. When we called Russell Reid they responded immediately and provided non-stop tanker truck transportation of our wastewater from the pump station to a remote manhole location.
