Very unprofessional and irresponsible practice/lawyer. The staff is just as big of a mess if not bigger than the lawyer himself. Nonresponsive(never returned calls) failed to give updates and as if that wasn't bad enough the whole time they had been sending the correspondence regarding my case with all my personal information including social,account numbers etc. To another address after being given my address verbally, in writing and with my ID. Hands down the best attorney in the tri state area or wherever else Russ is licensed. He has been in charge for a while now but I don't think he's ever had to go through a lot in the last couple years because he's been doing so well with his team.
